supermarket. These items include a board that is 18 x 26 for proofing. This
board is designed to go right in the pan washer making it very easy to clean. An
excellent alternative for areas where there are restrictions on the use of
wooden boards. Excellent for bagels. Meets NSF Standard No.
2.
